Notes: Jade Cargo International was established in October 2004 and is co-owned by Shenzhen Airlines, which has a 51% stake, Lufthansa Cargo with 25% and DEG (Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH) with 24%. It started operations in March 2005 with intra-Asian services. It is the first cargo airline in China with foreign ownership and has 200+ employees (as of Feb 2008).
